About the Event

Organized by Midwest Poultry Federation, PEAK, formerly known as MPF Convention, is a three-day regional trade show and convention focused on the business and food production of poultry, featuring ever-expanding exhibit space, nationally and internationally recognized speakers, and a variety of networking and social opportunities. This is the largest trade show in the U.S. 100% focused on poultry and is clearly the place where North American poultry connects. The event will take place April 14–16, 2026, at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. First held in 1972, it will celebrate its 55th anniversary in 2026. PEAK 2026 is not open to the public.

About the Organizer

Founded in 1971, Midwest Poultry Federation (MPF) is a nonprofit organization whose primary purpose is to host an annual convention emphasizing on-farm poultry production.

About the Venue

Opened in 1990 and located in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC) is an impressive, well-run venue that stands out for its size, cleanliness, and organization. The Minneapolis convention, trade show and event center is connected by climate-controlled skyways to the downtown hotels, restaurants and shopping.
