Organized by California Building Industry Association, Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) is a four-day international trade show and conference focused on residential building industry, featuring an exhibit showcase, multiple high-level conference offerings, targeted buyer and seller exchange opportunities, prestigious awards ceremonies, and innovative product launches. The event will take place July 27–30, 2026, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, United States. First held in 1959, it will celebrate its 68th anniversary in 2026. PCBC 2026 is not a family-friendly event and is not open to the public.

Established in 1943, California Building Industry Association (CBIA) is a statewide trade organization located in Sacramento, representing thousands of member companies, including homebuilders, trade contractors, architects, engineers, designers, suppliers, and other professionals involved in homebuilding, multi-family, and mixed-use development.
