Organized by Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan, Novi Home Show is a three-day regional consumer show featuring hundreds of talented local vendors with everything needed for home imrovement, remodel, addition, or build. The event will take place January 16–18, 2026, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan, United States. First held in 1997, it will celebrate its 30th anniversary in . Novi Home Show is a family-friendly event and is open to the public. With so much to see and do, it's a perfect event for the whole family.
About the Organizer
Formed in January 1928, Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan, affiliated with the Home Builders Association of Michigan and the National Association of Home Builders, is a non-profit advocate for the home building industry, representing builders, remodelers, and suppliers.
About the Venue
Located in Novi, Michigan, Suburban Collection Showplace is Michigan's premier exposition, conference, and banquet center, offering 305,000 square feet of multipurpose exhibit floor. This is the largest, privately-owned exposition, conference and banquet center in Michigan. The facility attracts over 2 million people each year.
