About IPPE 2026
Organized by U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) is a three-day international trade show and conference focused on poultry and egg, meat and animal food industry, showcasing the newest solutions, technologies, research, processes, services and products that the global animal food and protein industries has to offer. The event will take place January 27–29, 2026, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. IPPE 2026 is not a family-friendly event and is not open to the public.
About the Organizer
U.S. Poultry & Egg Association is the world's largest and most active poultry organization, supporting the poultry and egg industries through research related to all aspects of the poultry and egg industry, education via our seminars and conferences, and on a technical level, specifically focusing on food safety, environmental aspects, worker health, safety and human resources.
About the Venue
Opened its doors in 1976 and located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) is one of the nation's largest convention centers for meetings, trade shows, conferences, film productions, and much more. The GWCC featuring 1.5 million square feet of prime exhibit space and is the world’s largest LEED certified convention center.
